Could it be a motherboard problem? if so what should i do? Will geeetech assist with my problem Should i return it to amazon and order another one? I have hooked up a 40mm fan to an old 12v router psu to check everything else is fine and it is printing beautifully I wonder if its a pwm problem on E0...

It is currently 9v dc and drops to 2.7v under load.

I have a 12v A30 which is a fantastic machine,however my hotend cooling fan no longer starts without my spinning it by hand so i have replaced it with a noctua item but still the same problem remains.A quick check with a multi meter reads 8 volts which drops further when the hotend heater is on.
