oh and i forgot to mention: the fan for the Mainboard doesnt spin at all when i switch on the PSU

Hi guys. my A10 arrived and i've put it together but the display wont turn on, and the printer wont be recognized by windows or Cura... The Power Cable seems to be fine (both ends) and the display ribbon cable is placed exactly like on the mainboard (flat, blue facing away form PCB) any ideas whats ...
