Still waiting from response from sales@geeetech.com after being sent to them by technical@geeetech.com. Been 2 months now. The issue is just the pot, not the knob, itself. Since it uses the flat ribbon without pins, sort of rules out just replacing the display and I didn't buy the thing to spend ano...

I just assembled my brand newA10 and it also has a knob that will click but not move the selection when turned.
