Re: M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
Hello again, thanks for pushing me into the right direction. I have found the thread with the vrefs and adjusted them to the values. But turned out need more vref for my system, i do not know why. Vref for x,y is about 0,8v; z, e0 and e1 is about 1,0v...also the extruder needs temp about 215 degree ...

Re: M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
Hello _kaktus_, and thanks for your reply. I didnt say the motors has any power. They are very weak. The extruder motors are so weak (vref voltage is at about 1v, more is not possible) that they are not possible to do normal filament output. The Filament stream stops and has under extrusion. Maybe i...

Re: M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
The Extruder Motors are so weak they are not able to push enough filament through the nozzle. Its under extruded. When i push the filemant by hand with a bit more force, the filament will extrude properly, so the nozzle is not clogged.

Re: M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
This shows how weak the z motors are (for example) the other motors are not stronger! They have no holding power at all. On my tronxy x5s i need more force to turn the z motors after i have operated them by lcd.

I swapped the wires, on other motors its also weak. X, Y, Z Axis and the Extruder motors are very weak. I will make a video to show it whats going on.

Re: M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
Hi, thanks for your reply.
The standard (factory) setting was 0,5v -> i turned to 1,0v, but is also really weak. The extruder motors move barely (yes the hotend is preheated).
I cannot move to 1,2v -> over 1,05v the poti goes back to 0,03v

M201 Stepper Motors very weak 4988 Stepper Driver Vref
Hello, i recently assembled a m201 kit and i was very disappointed because of the weak motor power. I easily can stop the rotating shaft of the nema 17 motor. I adjusted the vref of 4988 to 1,05V this is the highest point i can go, after rotating further i go back to 0,2v. What can i do that the axi...

Re: GT2560 v3 hotend always on
i asked the sales man on aliexpress already, but he cannot send me a new board, because i buyed it "used" on ebay... so maybe i need to buy a new or other board.
i reuploaded the firmware multiple times, either A10 and A10M firmware, both didnt work. the light (and so the hotend) stays on.

Re: GT2560 v3 hotend always on
Hi William, thanks for your reply. The Hotend shows always 24v, even if the print was not started. I already changed the E0 mosfet with the E2 mosfet, because the port is not used, but i had no success. It has the same behaviour. The Led of the Hotend is always lightning and hotend gets constant 24v...
