I measured the output and it sends full 24V to the fan all the time

part cooling fan not turning off
Until now my part cooling fan worked fine.
I was able to change the speed and turn it on and off.
Today this changed. My part cooling fan is running constantly and I have no option to turn it off.
I still can change the speed but that's it.

they all are fastened. double checked several times.
it is just, that the hole thing has like 1-2 mm room to slightly tilt up and down. hasn't been before disassembling and i can't figure out what I did wrong.

Fix Hotend Extruder Sled after replacement?
I recently had to replace my hotend extruder since it just burned out.
After that the sled is somehow shaky and not really fixed on the bar.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?
