Did you ever get a new board from Geetech?

Trying to get a new control board sent out to me. I have explained whats going on to a geetech support agent. If i replace the board and it still does not work not sure what to do next... Is it possible the small board that the fans/extruders hook up to went bad? Try to find a friend with a multi me...

To be sure it was not the power supply I hooked my friends identical 24v power supply up, and that made no difference. Exact same issue as before. Trying to get more answers from geetech but once response by email takes about 2 weeks. YAY.... Trying to also source a mulimeter to test some more thing...

Hey did this issue get resolved for you? Literally having the same issues your having... It is not the power supply and now im stumped. Just the red indicator lights. Nothing on screen and fans are not running on the head.

Sounds like something is toast on mine also. I was preheating the PLA to remove it from the hotend and randomly the entire printer just stops working. All i have now is a red light with no psu fan or any fans running now... Will be troubleshooting this tomorrow and take it apart even further. Displa...
