That link pointed me int the right direction, but there's an easier way if you set it up as a post processing script that cura automatically does.
Add the find and replace post processing script twice. Once to replace M104 T1 with just M104 and M109 T1 with M109

New owner of the A10m. I'm using Cura 3.6 with the Json files from : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=98&t=62063&p=89761&hilit=cura#p89761 When I slice a model (single or dual color) for extruder 2 the gcode does not call for temp to be set. For any other new owners, I can confirm it worked for me on Cura 3.6
