I have a new A10 out of the box it was dead. I replaced the GT2560 V3.0 Control Board all the stepper driver chips.. Then updated firmware to 1.8 I have no screen since it smoked also.. But i can USB onto a computer and use simple 3d and a few others to move to home ZXY all move to the correct place...
