thanks I found that the plugs on the back side of the head were loose while checking voltage works good now.

I got my A20M in earlier this year and was having this problem but had to leave it behind when I returned to collage. whenever I try to start a print it heats up until it stops and displays "heating failed printer halted please reset".
any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

I got a new A20M and when I turn it on the printers switch light comes on but the main display doesn't. However after some time it came on and after that it works fine.
