I have the same problem, there's nothing wrong with the plastic knob, it is the potentiometer part that is not registering the rotation steps.
Is it possible to get a replacement part or PCB?

Can I print TPU with a stock A10?
Hi,
My A10 works great for printing PLA and PET (when I get PET to stick to the bed).
I want to try with flexible filament like TPU. Do you know if this will most likely work, or do I need to mod the A10 to print TPU?
Thanks

What is the part with bearing in for?
Hi,
I just assembled a new A10 and did first print, works great!
There is a black plastic square part with a bearing inside it and rail-mount nuts on the bottom of it in the parts bag - I could not see that part in the documentation but I don't what it's for - can anyone tell me?
Thanks
