My Z-axis is way too stiff, so I ended up here (like, I suspect, about 50% of people building these things). After removing the wood panel at the top and loosening the drive connector at the bottom, My Z axis threaded shaft sits at quite an angle to the smooth one next to it. See http://i.imgur.com/...

Stripping power wires for heating elements
Building an I3 Pro W. Pretty much built. The heating wires for the extruder and the heatbed need connecting to the green or blue connection points on the bottom of the control board. I don't understand the connection. There is no bare wire visible. Do I need to strip the end of the wires before I pu...
