Good to hear that Vert. You are correct, the company sounds like it is run by decent people and I would like to buy a new A30 Pro in the future. At the moment I'm frustrated by not be able to use my printer for the past four months and maybe just unlucky with faulty parts.

Thanks for your help William, but the printer does not work and with your help I've figured out why. I'm hoping to hear from Geeetech Technical or Sales about firstly receiving a dangerous Control Box and secondly receiving the wrong Control Box as a replacement. Thank you William, you've guided me to the core of the problem. I've contacted Geeetech sales and copied information about them sending the wrong control box. Hopefully they will be able to resolve the mistake.

William, I have checked the voltage of my A30 by label on the Power Supply: 1. My original control box shows output : +24V 20A. This control box gave electric shocks and was not safe. Geeetech sent a replacement. 2. I am using the replacement control box which shows output: +12V 42A Max. This sounds...

William, after a few youtube tutorials for using a multimeter I believe you need the following:
1. 1.75 Ohms
2. 11.13V
