EasyPrint is 1.2.3 -- 1.2.6 is in beta.
Regardless, the leveling is a function of the printer itself, nothing to do with easyprint.

I have a similar issue with the new Firmware 1.32.41. After leveling the firmware stores all 5 leveling points (1-5) with the same value (f.e. Z: 132.90), the value which I got at the last point. Yes as mentioned - update works with card in slot.

Also note the comment on the S and M files, toolkit reads M as for the screen and S as for mainboard.
And level settings are not being saved (FW 1.32.41)

No - because why would you? It's supposedly for transferring print models not firmware updates. So all the toolkit does it transfer the bin files to the TF card which are then loaded on boot? On a whim I decided to try the E180_APP_S_V1.32.41.bin file. Lo and behold it was detected as a mainboard file! The upgrade succeeded, but still cannot apply the M file for the LCD - same error as previous post. The printer now reports v1.29.41 (not 1.32.41 OR 1.29.36) EasyPrint3d reports - blank - ...

No dice - selected E180_App_M_V1.32.41.bin and I get an error related to updating the LCD!
I've removed the screen firmware from the same folder as the mainboard but same result.
