I have bought this device and not work with this printer (a30m). i DON´T see new firmware versión from the day I had bouhght this printer. last firmware 1.01.01

why don´t release new uppgrade firmware for suppor this devices?.

It is a different model... I have a A30M.

Other question,,, I have receibe with my A30M 2 PTFE tube but very short. I think this is a error, because distance for replace for original is not possible.

Can you send me a correct PTFE?

I have read V in all drivers:

Motor E1: 1.333v
Motor E0: 1.306v

Motor Z1: 1.218v
Motor Z0: 1.160v

Motor Y: 1.318v
Motor X: 1.147V


do you think this is the problem?
