In this case, after heating up the head, the filament must be pulled out manually. ;) Do you even have an i3 pro b? I cant just pull it out! it doesn't come out! Pre-heat the nozzle to your filament temperature, then press and hold the filament clamp leaver on the extruder and pull the filament out...

Well, you can see, I wrote Z by distraction, and I was referring to the Extruder (E).
I need to be more careful.

I have this possibility in my printer.
Also refer to the Move 1mm option.

I don't have E either

Use the options from the Preheat PLA or Preheat ABS printer menus. Next Move 10mm -> Move Z, until the whole filament is pulled out.

I don't have the option to move Z, only X and Y

You can't give up so easily.
In such a situation then I would experiment with temperature settings for hot end.

I've tried and nothing is working, if anything its getting worse, what is the exact make of filament that came with the printer

Seems that the coupling is a little hight mounted, adjust it down a little.
The Z-axis nut should be reversed...

If I have the z-axis nut the right way the screw holes don't line up. I have actually fixed the issue of the endstop being too low by using a longer screw.

So I have had my pro b for a few days now and I have done some prints using the standard white pla that came with the printer and they have come out amazingly. Obviously I started to run out so I recently bought a big roll of green pla filament and so far, all the prints done with it have been trash...

I am running low on filament and I want to print something big so it would be best to use my new filament. How do I unload the filament from the printer without using any computer program (Using the settings on the printer)???
