Stepper driver voltages
So I have been adjusting and adjusting and adjusting my stepper drivers between .75 and 1.1, I tried all different in-between voltage combos to get rid of lines in the skin. They happen randomly, like every 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch up the print. I've slowed the print, I've reduced jerk, I adjusted diffe...

z-axis lead screw top mount
Is there a part number or a way to order a z-axis lead screw top mount? the plastic cracked and it is moving around. Not sure how it happened, haven't moved printer or hit the mount with anything.

Re: TL smoother add-on
If the voltage on one of the driver boards will not stay at 0.9V, it keeps dropping to 0.6V do I need to replace the board? it adjusts to either 0.6V or 1.6V... I barely turn it and that is it, I got it to 0.9V last night, rechecked all voltages this morning and it was at 0.6V. barely turned it and ...

Re: TL smoother add-on
OK, I got all 4 driver boards to read 0.9V. The one near the fan (at the bottom of the picture) was reading 0.4v and I had to turn the pot counterclockwise to make it increase. Same as the middle one on the side, CCW to increase from 0.6V to 0.9V. The lower one on the side ( in picture) was super to...

Re: TL smoother add-on
So just to be clear, all 4 little driver boards (1 by fan and 3 on side) are to be between 0.8 - 1.2V? Can I use the case as ground, like the inside of a screw hole that is bare? hard to get test lead to stay put on that tiny pin.

Filament run-out
I'm in the middle of a print and using up couple rolls with only little bit of filament left and luckily I went and checked on the print and paused it as the end of the filament was passed the runout and almost thought the extruder wheel... didn't beep or stop when past the run-out switch... anyone ...

Re: Honest opinion on GEEETECH A30
I am a beginner to 3D printing as well, I have had my printer for close to a year but I still consider myself a beginner because I am still learning and tweaking my printer and settings. All I use is CURA and meshmixer, which are both free software. I do 3D printing strictly as a hobby and to make t...
