Trying to add cooler fan on Nozzle
Hi there, In order to improve my print quality, I just bought this cooler on Amazon: https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B000EHPQ2G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 But when I try to connect it on the motherboard (I guess GT2650), the connectors don't match (please see below pictures). What ...

Look at my3D benchy first print...help!
Hi all, So i've run the 3D benchy to calibrate my printer. The print is overall good but not perfect at all, so I've uploaded photos here to get some feedback. Here is what I see: - Layers are not regular, is it because of a too high temperature? - The upper part looks twirled as if the printer or t...

Re: [Slic3r] Slic3r is making strange Gcode file
I installed stand-alone Slic3r and it now slices perfectly. The Slic3r plugin in repetier Host for mac doesn't work well for me. So I run Slic3r, export Gcode, and run it on repetier to print. A bit longer, but my objects don't look like Alien craps ^^
Thanks,
Thanks,

[Slic3r] Slic3r is making strange Gcode file
Hi there,
I'm trying to make my first3D print. My objects come out really strange, and I think Slic3r is part of the problem. Please look at the below images, there are some additive part that slic3r adds. What is wrong here?
Thanks,

Re: Nozzle hits metal clamps when homing
Finally adjusted the clamps to stop precisely right before the white line printed on the bed. The nozzle goes freely now and doesnt touch them so no need for offsetting
Thanks !
Thanks !

Re: i3 Pro B Z Axis locking and buzzing towards the bottom
Hi tiggerbiggo, I had the exact same problem than you last week just after building my printer. The Z-axis is more complex than the two others because it has 2 motors and thus need more precise adjustments to work fine. Here is what I did to correct it : - First, try to make the holes bigger in the ...

Re: Nozzle hits metal clamps when homing
[quote=K1Tt post_id=83342 time=1521709418 user_id=64820] You can set the offset or specific printing area in the repetier-host printer settings / printer shape. [/quote] Thanks, it looks like an easy way to do it. I have the mac version of repetier host (see screenshot). 1/ Is it "Dump area" that I ...

[SOLVED] Nozzle hits metal clamps when homing
Hi all, I just finished building up my printer and it just looks awesome. My problem is when I play around with moving axis (X, Y, Z) everything is fine but I can't get any solution on avoiding the nozzle and extruder to touch the metal clamps on the bed (see attached image) Is there a way to delimi...
