Just ordered a new board, all works fine now

Contact the support via email, it might take them some time to respond, guess they are pretty busy.
I just had a faulty board and ordered a new one. My old one would not power up when plugged into my Usb port.
The new one just goes on straight away.

still trying to get my reseller to replace my board.

Appreciate your reply, but by now i triple checked the drivers. Also installed several different drivers and to make sure its not due to a bad USB port or cord I tested the board on 4. different pc's (one mac) and also with 3. different cords on each machine.

I checked everything you said and im pretty sure my board is dead...going to have to buy a new one -.-...

I checked the fuses, both are good. If i bridge the connection at F2 the board powers up and i can measure 5V but I'am still unable to upload sketches

I already reburned the bootloader but still Cant Upload a Sketch.. the Board does not Power up via USB only if i bridge the connection on F2. Just sodered a cable between the connection pads of F2 and the board shows up in the device manager but Im still unable to upload a sketch to the board i keep...

Hey william i just did as you said and 0 Volts on the connection you've drawn in that picture so i guess the board is gone

Mine doesn't even light up....so i guess my board is gone aswell....
