I am not getting any display at all, not even a backlight. I have checked the cables and I am confident that they are connected correctly and I have checked continuity. Could someone please tell me how I can get a replacement LCD unit because having to use a laptop all the time to run the printer is...

Hi William

I have checked the voltage and I am getting 5 volts. I have also checked the leads for continuity and they are both okay. How do I go about getting the LCD replaced?

Thank you William. I have checked that it is connected correctly. What is the photograph showing me?

The printer works ok by usb connection but the lcd display does not work.

Yes I have checked that they are correctly connected. I can operate the printer from a laptop via the usb cable but there is no lcd display.

I have just finished building the above printer and when it is powered on there is no display. the backlight does not light up and no characters or blocks are visible. Pressing the button causes a beep and turning the knob causes yellow lights on the control board to flash. It seems like it is worki...
