I worked out that I had the z axis end stop plugged in wrong. So that mystery is solved.
But I still have no control over the z axis from the lcd display.

I3 pro C no z movement
So I've just bought and assembled my first 3d printer. I followed the instructions and it took a while but its all finished. The problem I am having is that the z axis is not homing. When I use the printer and tell it to home, it moves both x and y to home but z shifts up a cm then stops. I have no ...
