Why i'll NEVER buy GEEEtech or Open source product again
I've been involved with open source projects for years - and one this is ALWAYS true - the "product" is always, without a doubt half baked and unfinished, relying on conjecture, heresay, bloody poor documentation and un-managed distributions of software that are riddled with bugs. Geeetech are no di...

Z probe problems on g2s
Against my better judegement I bought a G2s Pro from GEEEtech last week. No surprise the FW is out of date and only loads on an old version of arduino..... My main issues at present is that the z probs system is not working... Probe height is set correctly, and endstop settings are set correctly. FW...

Typical Geeetech firmware errors...
Hello, So I've purchased (against my better judement) a G2s "Pro". Firmware loaded (RKMB_G2560) from the repository loaded after building and calibrtating ... then comes the setup for the Z probe..... Probe points are set to withing 2" of the 0,0 origin, and despite apparently completing the G29 pro...

Re: How to install the firmware for GT2560
new printer...same old problem - outdated SDK support - I'm running latest Arduino SDK ( I use arduino a fair bit). So i'm getting this error during compile: ****************** exit status 1 using typedef-name 'fpos_t' after 'struct' Uploading a simple script works perfectly ( for example Blink). ti...

Re: Bltouch in diagosis mode - BRAND NEW
hi, no - i had it refunded.
After this I metered the coil - it was open and had no resistance, so was not energising.
I have a genuine BLTouch now and it is working flawlessly.

Re: Bltouch in diagosis mode - BRAND NEW
wiring is fine, and as per the Bltouch guide.
Firmware is set exactly as per the Marlin setup guide, and is confirmed by use of a std servo.
Diagnosis is flashing the second it is powered up - i'm told the pin will lift / drop at power on - this does not happen.

Re: Bltouch in diagosis mode - BRAND NEW
I've already done full diagnostics - the pin will not drop / lift on it's own.

Bltouch in diagosis mode - BRAND NEW
Not much to say really, just un packaged this, connected it to my Rumba ( properly) and all i'm getting is the flashing diag light.
pin moves freely.
std servo on same pins from rumba actuates fine.
