Glad you got it figured out. Seems that QA is hit or miss. Took me a few weeks get it tuned up. Ran good for about a month and then the Z axis wobble got pretty severe. Replaced the Lead screws with ones from foldger tech. They are straight as an arrow and now the printer is back to printing very go...

I would purchase a new tensioner, the spring that comes with it does put enough force. You could try taking it out and stretching it some. I bought a plastic one on ebay and as soon as I replaced it, I was printing very good print. They also sell metal as well.

Good news, I actually broke the extruder arm because I added more tension to it, it broke right at the bearing. That whole tensioner is the weak link. I purchased a new one on ebay and the printer is printing like a champ. The spring on the geeetechouse is junk. http://m.ebay.com/itm/US-MK8-9-1-75-3...

Hello, I just built my Prusa I3 Pro B this weekend and the printer did an awesome job with the sample filament(pla?) But when I tried a roll of abs I have extruder issues. If I put manual pressure it is fine but letting it run on its own, is a different story. As it was printing I adjusted the filam...
