Heavy ringing / ghosting issues MeCreator2

Hi all, I have MeCreator2 less than 2 months now. I did some small fun prints with it and it seemed ok at the moment. Now I have some more serious prints to do with it and I started doing some calibration prints. I just can't get rid of ringing ghosting Some pictures: http://i169.photobucket.com/alb...

Re: Increasing bed size on MeCreator 2

Nozzle on mine doesn't leave the print bed so I can't see you gaining anything from a bigger bed.

Re: Gt2560 rev B noise Fan

It works only when needed by the system. Turn on hot end heating and bed heating and you should be able to hear it turning on Shape of the wings do suggest that it is meant to push the air in the chassis. Mine blows air out but didn't take it apart to check blade position You can turn it whatever wa...

Re: MeCreator 2 nozzle fan duct STL

That is exactly the same that I have on my printer

It works, but it could work much better so I would like to modify it if I could get STL file or 3D model file

I took all measurements of it today and will try to make a model in SolidWorks but it will be a major PIA and will took some time.

Re: Firmware for geeetech 3D printers

If I'm not mistaken, faster acceleration and higher jerk produces sharper corners.

MeCreator 2 nozzle fan duct STL

I've received MeCreator 2 with nozzle fan duct and fan already assembled. Unfortunately, 3D print quality of mentioned part is terrible and there are print supports inside that block airflow. Part should be horizontally cut into two separate print jobs so support should not be used or at least could...

MeCreator 2 detailed specification

I need some more detailed specifications of MeCreator 2 Z axis motor: - how many steps per revolution? - how many Amps? - is it geared or is lead screw directly attached? Z axis lead screw: - it is M8 1.25mm screw? right? X and Y axis belts: - are those GT2, MXL or maybe T2.5? - which size is the cl...

Re: Gt2560 rev B noise Fan

Yes, both fans blow toward outside
Cool air comes in through free holes on chassis and those two fans blow hot air out

More effective than pushing air in and creating pressure
This way there is more airflow

Re: Gt2560 rev B noise Fan

I'm sure I've answered on this yesterday but I have no idea why is that post missing now!

It should be blowing from inside toward outside

Re: MeCreator2 Z axis steps

Hi! I'm about to upload modified firmware to the board (I've recalibrated extruder and length of X axis) so I would like to deal with this question also I've opened the bottom of the printer and got the motor number but searching for it gave no results It looks like there are no gears so there shoul...
