I can confirm that the board GT2560 is Rev A, not Rev A+
I have turned everything off and on, again, powered on first the printer, then plugged in the USB to the Mac. Result no change at all.
what else should i try, Please?

Guys, i have tried to install the drivers with no effect at all. I'm using a Macbook Pro, Retina from 2014. its running OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6 I've tired different USD cables. different USB ports Rebooted Nothing shows up in the USB device tree.
