I fixed the board, it was a bad/failed 16MHz crystal. I ordered a new crystal on Ebay, soldered it in the board, and the board works perfect now.

I have a 2 week old GT2560 Rev A board that has worked great in my 3D printer but suddenly yesterday it stopped working and I cannot communicate with it anymore. When I plug it in to the USB port I see it appear on COM18. But I cannot upload firmware to it, I get error: "avrdude: atk500v2_RecieveMes...
