I ve check the tension between the screw and the ground i ve got 1,1v the stepstick is ok the motor is ok the wire is ok do you have an other test to do ?

I use prusai3b the test i made are without the nozzle
I just try to make turning the motor shaft without success
I put the hot end at 180 not to have any trouble with température check
