I got it working, I swapped the cable from the mainboard Ext0 connector to another extruder board and moved the hot end wires (heater and RTD) to the other board and it worked.

Which board? the extruder boards on top or the main board? Not sure what I can check on the main board. The connection is fine to extruder boards.

I set up the printer as indicated in the instructions online. The heat bed will heat up and work correctly, but the extruder will not heat at all.
