Arduino version 1.0.1 worked perfect. No Orange messages as it uploaded and no errors at the end. Just a simple upload. i re-homed the machine afterward and it was perfect.

I have a feeling that is what might be the problem. I have Arduino 1.6.1.

Check that the threaded rod is in line with the coupling. I had the same problem so I put the locking rings on the lower x axis rod on the inside of the z housings to prevent the x axis drive belt from pulling the z axis rods in toward each other.

I had a problem with the extruder not working and through the supplier I had an email which fixed the problem by switching E0 and E1 pins in the pins.h file. Now, I have a problem with the z axis steppers not responding to the endstop switch. I've checked the switch and it's ok. This has only happen...

Hi William I spent a long time on bed levelling and got it perfect. I swapped the driver as you suggested but there was no difference. I decided to swap the stepper motor with the Y axis motor but just as I unbolted the z motor I noticed that the threaded shaft was not in line with the motor shaft. ...

Z axix Problem
Hi
New to the forum. Can anyone tell me how to stop the right side z axis motor advancing ahead of the left motor? They both move at the same time. It's just that the right side turns slightly more than the left. After print for a while, the carriage is no longer level.
