Re: SD card not recognized

1) I had downloaded Flash_Loader_Demonstrator_V2.6.0 2) Ran the program to upload the bootloader.bin 3) Removed the jumper 4) Ran HyperTerminal This is where the screen departed from the STM32Pro Firmware burning steps.docx It appears I am expected to select from a menu, option 1 then option 2 in or...

Re: SD card not recognized

I had tried those recommendations. Still not recognized. Firmware 1.1.0 A Need to confirm the correct location I can download the latest from, and the needed instructions.

I tried to us the SD memory card, formatted one and copied the project. When I plugged it in it did see the card.

Re: Rostock 301 Failure

I had slowed the rate way down thinking the motor's might not keep up, too much friction or something. That did not help at all. There is a 20mm cube test print that I tried, 30 min to print it, I slowed it down to 1.5 hours and still had the same problems. (see attached photo)

Re: Print head strikes the heat bed and scratches.

I also used the process described in the Zip file on adjusting the height, work ok. I can start a print and looks good but soon the stepper loses a step or two the print is destroyed. I slowed the rate way down and it still failed.

Re: Print head strikes the heat bed and scratches.

I had the same issue, the slicer program, in my case, was setting the rate of travel too fast and the stepper motors lost count, they could not keep up. The result the head would slam into the plate and never begin its first layer at 0.4mm from the surface. I made a metal rod that was 100mm in lengt...

Rostock 310 Extruder not working

Nice idea but can't get stability. As a test, I had it do a triangle 50mm to a side. let it do its thing at 100mm off of the surface and had each extruder do one side of the triangle. The expectation, a smooth filament changing color with the same diameter. The result, not even close. Been looking a...

Re: Rostock 301 Failure

What would be the correct gCode to run all three extruders, at the same time, 33% on each at some rate to provide a smooth 0.4mm stream of 1.75mm PLA filament? I would like the extruder to simply remain 100mm from the surface and make no X or Y motion.

Re: Rostock 301 Failure

It appears I have control of Z, Y and Z. I have been trying to get a smooth steady stream out of the three filament extruder. No luck at all. I was careful to insert the white Teflon tube with a filament just to the end. While still cool I pressed the filament further on all three, seemed ok. Heated...

Re: Rostock 301 Failure

I had taken the time to determine the X motor is failing. I swapped the driver circuit board on the controller and the X motor still will not lift to the home switches. I am waiting for new motors I ordered, it will take too long to wait for your replacements. The power supply failed right out of th...
