Ok once Administrator privileges are granted it does connect but not more than that, I cant update firmware, it just stays "waiting.." cant control neither. Keep showing error

I tried extending a bit the spring on the extruders, but from the hot end it just doesn't comes out uniformly, no print has been successful after many months trying.

Since I replaced the drivers, the motors have more torque and I can extrude something... My problem isn't the motors, it's software! I choose a template and the printer only extrude the filament 0... don't change filament! Can Geeetech made a video tutorial how to use this? It's a must for everyone...

I did so, but the tech support suggested direct insertion. Anyhow, it is not nice to be clueless during the building and this affects all new users.

We see the importance of instructions on how to add the filament and installing the ptfe tube, none of which are mentioned on any of the building guides or videos. In my case, I had already cut the tube to the exact length and now that it should go 4 cm more deep it is just not enough long.
