Re: Confused between different LCD2004 models
Good news! 've found a decent workaround to fix the LCD2004 incompatibility issue. Being rather stubborn and don't giving up easily, studying the schematics suddenly it came to my attention the fact that the different pinout on the red board were nothing but the same configuration of the GT2560, onl...

Yes, as long as they don't start changing the solder mask color of the wrong model...
Curiously enough, the vast majority of LCD2004 controllers available around is of the red type, but apparently no one encountered this problem before

Re: Confused between different LCD2004 models
Hello, as per your request I'm attaching the picture of the connections layout board <> lcd, that's the straightforward standard one (EXP1 to LCD and EXP2 to SD) 20160623_062457.jpg But, as I told, the problem comes not from the connections, but from a major difference in the hardware of the two LCD...

MK8 extruding PLA but not ABS
Hi all, I'm new to 3D printing, but after building my Geeetech I3 Pro B and using up some 1/2 kg of PLA filament for tests, I got to know the basics of a correct printer and extruder calibration and was able to get (almost) decent prints, coping with the many issues plaguing this printer, especially...

Re: Printing Problem where the Z-axis moves
Hello Bern, My reply comes probably a little bit late, and hopefully you've fixed the problem by now. But I'm posting it anyway, since it could be useful for others facing the same issue. After building my Geeeech I3 PRO B I've encountered the wobble problem right from my very first prints. Even wit...
