Re: STM32 need help on fixing
Ok,fixed by myself and maybe other will have the same problem. it is no good idea to make a direct connection. There is a 4.7k resistor and I assume also the LED somewhere connected. To solve the problem I de-iron the connector again and found a great connected gold plate on the front side that was ...

STM32 need help on fixing
My STM32 had a bad connection between the connector of the bed and the board. This causes one pin to melt. I now have a new connector and in trouble that it is not clear to which pin og the transistor (P55NF06L) this must be bound. I assume it is the topmost like shown in the attached picture, becau...

Re: G2S Pro Extruder not working
I assume you extruder is cloaked. Does mean there is plastic inside, that was heated to long and/or to hot. The only way to get it clean is to disassemble the nose first. Then check, if you can melt the PLA at all. You should get dropping 1-2mm PLA. In this case only the nose is cloaked. Best to rep...

Re: Documentation fix:M201 assemble the x-axis
As you can see on the photo the two screws are really near. Depending on the configuration they collide.
Fix as described above

Documentation fix:M201 assemble the x-axis
I just found today an additional required fix in the documentation to get away some shaky lines in the model at the height of 21mm. I was wondering that there was some crazy stuff in my gcode but this was not the issue. There is a really small collision between the screw that holds the wheel for the...

Re: Newly updated Firmware V1.0.4 for Prusa I3 M201
SD-Card Printing stopped as before. This time at 95% after 7h  So there still seems to be some problems. Looks like some problems fixed but not all. If someone need the gcode, I can post it here. The test with the Repitir host did well so far. Same object printed fine and the hosts software...

Re: Layer shifting - help!
You should reduce the "acceleration" via menu on the LCD display from 5000 to 500. This reduce the inertia issue that overload the current driver and stepper (had the same problem on the X-axis...). Nevertheless the replacement of the driver is also an idea, but this should help in the intermediate....

Re: Problems with heat bed
Hi aps,
on my Prusa I3 M201 the heatbed goes quite quickly to 80°C. Anyhow this model has a 24V power supply and quite a different board. Did you check that all your connectors on the board are ok and not "melted". This could create additional resistance and reduce the effectiveness of the heatbed.

Re: Wobble
Maybe it also helps is you just increase with the poti the current of the z-axis driver. This will give some more power to the steppers. Anyhow you should FIRST check if everything is more ore less aligned and run smoothly. If you thing yes, that you can go for this. If you don't know how to do sear...

Re: Newly updated Firmware V1.0.4 for Prusa I3 M201
I just updated 1.0.4 this morning and got quite good results so far. First thing: I assume you have to unplug all heating connectors because during the update all heating seem to be ON without limit. I Smell it and just unplugged the connectors. Also the FOUR transistors for the heating elements got...
