The stepper motor on my me creator extruder jumps backwards and forwards when it is trying to extrude so no filament is being extruded
if I try to retract the filament from the print head it will not retract .
Do I need a new stepper motor? the printer was purchased in January 2016

Thanks for your reply Mark but I have figured out what I was doing wrong so problem solved again thanks for replying

I have just bought my first 3d printer a me creator and cannot figure out how to calibrate it so that the print head does not crash into the x & y stops and remains within the confines
of the print bed
