Re: First layer problem
Hello, colleague, I see there two possible problems - low extruder temperature for your filament and low filament flow too. As a first step you need increase filament flow, for example 5-10% plus.

Re: I3 Pro X Autoleveling problem
Hello, colleauge, how about your firmware configuration? There is my config, what works OK: //============================= Bed Auto Leveling =========================== #define ENABLE_AUTO_BED_LEVELING // Delete the comment to enable (remove // at the start of the line) #define Z_PROBE_REPEATABILIT...

Re: I3X Acrylic 8mm /GT2560 hotbed wrong temperature measure
So, after a week of experimentation, I have some results that might help others as well. 1. The power supply I (with trimmer on the PSU) rise up to 13,6V. 2.On the underside Hot bed I attach the adhesive felt pad from a local hobby shop (thickness about 4 mm) 3. When warming, I cover glass with anot...

I3X Acrylic 8mm - active cooling solution?
Hello, all :) Is there any ready-made solutions for active cooling for printers with acrylic frame 8 mm and MK8 extruder? As a ready-made solution, I mean, for example, STL file fan holder, adapted to the existing frame. All solutions, applicable to MK8 extruder with an acrylic frame what I found ar...

Re: heatbed maximum temperature?
Good morning, Mark, it was a very diplomatic answer, but I understand it I found a schematic diagram of the processor plate and yet it seems that the circuit design is not critical in terms of supply voltage, currently i set PSU voltage to 13.1 volts and bed heating are significantly improved.

Re: heatbed maximum temperature?
I was asking in a parallel thread, that I've noticed. How high can I raise the power supply without endangering'd electronic control board?

Re: I3X Acrylic 8mm /GT2560 hotbed wrong temperature measure
Yes, Mark, it would confirm my suspicions I have a follow-up question - on how input voltage is designed GT2560 board? I ask, therefore, whether it would not be a solution to add voltage on the power PSU, e.g. to 13-14V?

Re: heatbed maximum temperature?
Hello all,
say me, please - what is a correct voltage for hot bed? On my I3X I measure 10.1V and maximal temperature is about 97°C only.

Re: I3X Acrylic 8mm /GT2560 hotbed wrong temperature measure
I think the surface is a little far away form the bed center, so it won't be that hot. And how about the resistanc of your hotbed, it is usually 1.2-1.5ohms, if too high then the temperature won't pass 100 degrees, check this link: http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=17039 Thank you ...

I3X Acrylic 8mm /GT2560 hotbed wrong temperature measurement
Hello all, my printer behaves unexpectedly - the temperature of the hot bed, indicated by firmware (both LCD and PC control software ) does not correspond to the actual temperature measured at the surface with thermometer. When firmware reports temperature 95°C, real temperature is only 76°C, the di...
