filament detector is just a regular switch like Xmin or Ymin but with led. It doesn't consume alot of power

I have I3 Pro C 2560 rev A and looking for some never firmware all is date 2015, that is really old. When I print something suddenly after 5% or 6% it stops to push filament into nozzle, like motor stops to work. I tried than again new print and it is the same, I tried motor with X axis and works. I have also raised extruder votalge to 1.08V and doesn't help. What can be wrong? Nozzle is not clogged.

Yes I have calibrated now with changing settings on LCD display that worked.
When I upload firmware it always shows it is uploaded succesfully.
When I upload firmare with new settings and than checked on display I can see old settings.
