If it is that I don't know how to fix. Would I need a volt meter to fix it...

I did that and nothing... So I uploaded the firmware again. The restarted my computer. The next morning it was working. Issue happened when I tried to auto level. I tried to auto level today and same issue. The filament will manually extrude but won't extrude when printing now. Anybody have any ideas.

My Gs2 pro hotend fan connection seems different from the board connections has anybody else had this problem if so how did you fix it?

Having trouble. When in the home positions the XY positions are showing -100 and the Z is showing 0. Is this a problem. Trying to calibrate. Here are some screen shots.
