I have now corrected the extruder Steps/mm, but what about the feed rates and acceleration? Do these look correct. I'd still like to see a screen shot of the other settings.

I think it's not mirrored, you assembled them in the wrong direction, reverse it 180°and you'll work it out. No, It's definitely mirrored. The hole for the knob and the mounting holes for the controller PCB should be on the right of the LCD. If I turn XZ plate around 180° then the X-axis motor hits...

Hi Guys,
I recently purchased one of your Prusa I3 Aluminium kits and I have encountered a few problems that have occurred during manufacture"
  • 1 Cut out for LCD display backwards:
    2 Mounting holes for Y-Stop and Z-Stop switchs drilled to M3 instead of M2.5
