I have the same problem with my printer Geeetech Prusa I3X

this is my configuration settings
The printing not in the center too

It's my default setting the heated bed not centered.
I have another problem starts today my heated bed takes almost 1 hour to reach 110 C
When i start printing X motor starts clicking at layer 20 and shifts
any suggestion?

I bought Geeetech Prusa I3X I have a problem with my home position motor X and Y are moving backward
when a open repetier to move X motor to right it's go left and it's the same with Y axis.
All the connection are right i have GT2560 with A4988
