You can try retuning your heatbed with the M303 command and update your firmware. The PID values in the firmware were way off for me initially.

OK. I'll ask it. Why does the probe have to be mounted on the right? Yes, it has to be mounted opposite the fan, but why does it have to be mounted to the right as you look at it from the LCD?

You can use the M302 command to test feed the extruder if you aren't running it through the hotend. This command bypasses the low temp limit and makes testing and calibrating your extruders a bit easier.

Rostock Mini G2s Leftover Parts
I just finished my assembly of the G2s and I had a few leftover parts I was not sure of. Part #2 (the spool sets) and parts #39 & #40 (the heat sink and stickers) were not used anywhere in the assembly instructions that I could see. Are these needed? Also, my LCD displays mostly gibberish when I tur...

I had the same problem with the small M3 washers. Not sure if you have a Home Depot in Canada, but they have them. You could also try stacking an M3 on an M4.
