The firmware sent is exactly the same as downloaded in original instructions. This will not compile because of missing file!! I was hoping firmware you sent would have error corrected. Have you tried compiling this firmware?
Please do so and correct.

Thanks for tip but i tried that and fan never turns on. Is your fan two or three wire. I.e. yellow wire as well to fan?

hot end fan (pwn-fan) is controled by g-code.so it's running according to the code.

my extruder fan does not turn ever - result overheating and melting of hotend. When does g-code turn this on?

Where in g-code to correct this?

Extruder motor does not run while printing. Host choice only indicates Extruder 1 available but host command line says Extruder 0 is activated.
How can I change that?

Firmware successfully loaded and printing part but extruder not sending filament to hot end.
How do I feed filament through extruder?
