I had a similar problem a couple of years back with my I3Pro C, and decided to use a 12V relay to power the bed. The only limit is the power supply. I have used this method on all of the printers that i have had since then because i do not have to worry about overloading the motherboard.

The heatbed was already wired when i purchased it. Not having used a 3D printer before i was looking at reprap.org and the suggested temperaures for prining were 55deg PLA and 105-110deg for ABS. I have the same problem with both, and have swapped X axis with the Extruder then the motors works fine. But when i put them back they do not work. My Order Number: 67799702262444 and i have a white GT2560 board Rev A. I have tried upgrading the firmware but it must not be correctly done because not...
