Now I connected the Y axis connector to the extruder motor. The video shows what happens when I move the Y axis 50mm. The motor axis does not move. I do not think the problem is related to the hot end or any obstruction, as the motor does not run even with no filament. Hello, I have a Me Creator printer and I think my extruder motor is busted. The problem is the screw at my printer is not as long as the one on the photo and the screw is tighten all the way. I'll use a drinking straw to supplement the size of the screw.

What is the optimum distance between the extruder tip and the table when printing starts?
