I'm having the same issue. Its almost impossible to get both head level. The problem is that the extruder part is also screw type and every time we adjust the feed screw the heating block is facing another direction although the head is aligned. So to get the heating block to where we want is almost...

How do you align the print head for dual extruder. I find it very difficult to get them aligned and its always ard 2mm different btw each other.
