I connected it on D8. I've even tested it in direct 12v with a other power supply (12v 5A) and the result is the same

Yes the wire is correctly connected.
It was heating good before the problem appeared.

Hello,
My hotend refusse to heat. I can see the temperature state on the LCD screen
I deeply think the cartridge heater (12V 40W) to be responsible of the issue.
I bought a new one but I can't remove the old one from the mk8 extruder.
How do I have to process to solve the problem?
