Re: Pitting , Hole , Defect on printing
This might be an extruder issue, not related to movement. Could you please take some close photos for your extruder or better make a video of your printer while printing. It might be that the extruder screw is too tight or too loose.

Re: Heat Bed died in the middle of 17 hr part
How do you mount the mainboard on Acrylic board? I know what you mean. I couldn't mount the board so that the MOSFET's are nearer to the blowing fan, doing that will block the access to the USB terminal. And since the design of the RAMPS board is too tight to mount a heat sink on the MOSFET's, I de...

Re: Heat Bed died in the middle of 17 hr part
Sorry for replying you so late. Please unplug the wire of themistor connected to mainboard. Use a multimeter to test resistance of hot bed thermistor under normal temperature. Nope, the thermistor was OK since the LCD was showing and updating the rising temperature. It was related to the poor MOSFE...

Re: Hotbed too hot.
Hi, printer has been working well for the last week. But now the Hotbed keeps overheating. It keeps climbing until it gets to 150 and then the error msg saying max temp. Even in manual mode with the Hotbed temp turned off it still heats up. I'm guessing it's the thermistor not cutting in. Is there ...

Re: Heat Bed died in the middle of 17 hr part
After printing several parts successfully, I started printing some part with 45° heat bed. After 1 hour the temperature of the bed started to raise indefinitely until reaching 125°. The LCD was showing the upper limit correctly and reading the sensor as well. I tried to set the temperature of the be...

Re: temperature issue
My solution to this is to mount a heat sink with fan of an old video card to the MOSFET. Ugly, but works.

Re: Printing Quality
Thank you for information.
But these settings seems to be for ABS, isn't it?
I noticed that from the heatbed and nozzle temperature.
