Yes! Exactly. It stays on even after I turn it off manually. Thank you. I have another RAMPS. I will switch it out.

Heated bed works great for hours, then overheats
Hi, I have the Mendel Prusa i3 built with Arduino Mega 2560 and a RAMPS. It has the heated bed and it works great with one exception. The heated bed will get to temp and stay steady for a while ... sometimes three layers and sometimes hours ... but ineviably at some point the bed goes haywire and st...

LCD Panel and light on the RAMPS board blinks on and off
Hi, my printer was working great until I overheated the MOSFET so I ordered a new RAMPs and installed it and I can't get the printer to work again. When I power it up, the LCD panel blinks on and off kind of slowly (every two seconds or so). So, I ordered a new power supply. I thought maybe that was...

STL file for LCD 2004 knob?
Hey, just a suggestion. Why doesn't someone design a nice knob for the LCD 2004 panel, since Geeetech inexplicably doesn't include one? Post the file with recommended g-code/Slicr settings to this forum. You'd be my hero! Thanks. Love my Prusa i3.

Ahhh yes, the fan wires are very weak and one broke. I will need to buy a Ramps and a new fan from you. I will do that now. Thank you!

Re: Heating bed over heats
Hello, I have the exact same problem! My Prusa i3 is the Arduino Mega 2650 board with Ramps 1.4. I have been successfully printing now for about a month and the heatbed suddenly won't stop heating up!

Re: Extruder Fan is Alway On!
OK, thanks for that answer. However, the only way to turn it on or off is to plug it in or unplug it? Even on/off is not controllable from the software or LCD menu. Is this correct?

Extruder Fan is Alway On!
I cannot get my extruder fan to stop running all the time. Even if I set auto cool in the software, or change the speed on the LCD screen, nothing happens. It runs at the same speed all the time. Ideas?
