Still waiting for a replacement of the power supply

I've checked one of the fans with an small ac/adaptor (12v) and it works, so the power supply must be the problem. Will you replace it with a new one? Is it possible to check whether the ramps board is also broken without the power supply (using the LCD panel or repetier with the usb cable)? Regards...

I've checked the wires and everything seems ok. The red button on the power supply lights up, but the LCD is not lumninous.
